We are seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team and optimize our supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful procurement management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cost savings and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and overall efficiency in the procurement process.
Vendor Management:
Lead the vendor selection process, conducting negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Monitor vendor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring terms are in line with company policies and regulations.
Oversee contract management to ensure compliance, performance, and timely renewals or revisions.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the procurement team.
Provide guidance on complex procurement issues and strategic decision-making.
Cost Analysis and Budgeting:
Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
Develop and manage procurement budgets in collaboration with finance teams.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and potential disruptions.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Implement and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
